Major League Baseball Hall of Fame inductee and former Oakland A’s pitcher, Rollie Fingers, will be at Izzy’s Steakhouse in Corte Madera, CA on Friday November 7th to release the first in a collection of specially bottled California wines featuring Baseball Hall of Fame players.  Mr. Fingers will appear at Izzy’s SteakHouse on Tamal Vista Drive, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. where he will be signing and personalizing each individual bottle.  For more information call Izzy’s at 415-924-3366.

Major League Baseball Hall of Fame inductee and former Oakland A’s pitcher, Rollie Fingers will be in Mountain View, CA on Friday November 7th to release the first in a collection of specially bottled California wines featuring Baseball Hall of Fame players.  Mr. Fingers will appear at Costco at 1000 North Rengstorff Ave., from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will be available for interviews by the media.

Major League Baseball Hall of Fame inductee and former Oakland A’s pitcher, Rollie Fingers will be in Vacaville on Friday, October 31st to release the first in a collection of specially bottled California wines featuring Baseball Hall of Fame players.  Mr. Fingers will appear at Wine & Spirits World at 1020 Helen Power Drive from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and will be available for interviews.

Major League Baseball Hall of Fame inductee and former Oakland A’s pitcher, Rollie Fingers will be in Davis on Thursday, October 30th to release the first in a collection of specially bottled California wines featuring Baseball Hall of Fame players.  Mr. Fingers will appear at Aggie Liquors at 507 L Street from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and will be available for interviews.  No personal items other than purchased bottles will be signed.

October 4^th marked the official release of Cooperstown Cuvee.  Rollie signed bottles for over three hours for a constant stream of happy Lucky customers.  What is even more encouraging is the fact that the event was thinly marketed for only two days prior to the event.  Even with that over half the signed bottles were gobbled up by baseball memorabilia collectors. 

Later that evening Rollie attended the Carousel Fund Event where Lucky’s is a major sponsor.  The event attracted well over 1,000 people and was a resounding success as the wine was being poured and sampled by hundreds in attendance.

All in all the release of the wine was a huge success. This wine will be sure to become a must have for any collector as the series releases more Hall of Fame athletes in the coming years.

Cooperstown Cuvee is in talks with a major distributor to release it’s wine.  If it does watch for this to be one of the most talked about releases in the last 10 years…more to follow.
